Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine whether quality of service and price have an effect on
customer satisfaction of Gojek users in Palembang City. The research data used is primary data
by distributing questionnaires to all Gojek online motorcycle taxi users in Palembang in January
2019 to May 2019. The number of samples used was 150 respondents. The analysis technique
used is multiple regression which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The results
obtained are quality of service and price have a significant positive effect on customer
satisfaction of Gojek in Palembang City. |
