Secretariat, work innovation behavior does not play a significant role in mediating the effect of
training on the performance of the Aceh Regional Secretariat, and work innovation behavior
does not play a significant role in mediating the effect of information technology on the
performance of the Aceh Regional Secretariat. This evidence reveals that the model for
improving the performance of the Aceh Regional Secretariat, the variable of training,
information technology, and work innovation behavior plays a very important role, and the work
innovation behavior does not act as a mediator in this research model so that all exogenous
variables can directly affect the performance variable. This tested model serves as a finding that
can contribute to academics and further researchers are advised to develop this model by adding
