Abstract: This study aims to examine how organizational justice and psychological empowerment affect
innovative work behavior and their impacts on employee performance at the Regional Office of
the Ministry of Religion in Aceh Province. The research population includes all 179 civil servants
(ASN) of the office. The sample for this study was determined by using a census technique, where
the entire population was taken as the sample. Data analysis was performed by using the Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results indicate that organizational justice and
psychological empowerment influence innovative work behavior. Additionally, organizational
justice, psychological empowerment, and innovative work behavior impact employee
performance. Innovative work behavior mediates the effect of organizational justice and psychological empowerment on employee performance. |
