Abstract: This study will examine the impact of organizational culture, job stress, time management,
and work-life balance on job performance. Organizations globally are trying to increase the
productivity, and performance of their diverse units to be able to meet the ever-increasing
challenges.
Organizational culture is concerned with values, and meanings that are shared in a
company, while stress is related to decreased efficiency, lower productivity, and lower level of
commitment; stress can sometimes improve the performance, and what makes a job stressful may
be some characteristics of the job itself. Effective time management is crucial for achieving tasks
efficiently, while maintaining a work-life balance enhances employee well-being and promotes
sustained performance.
This study will help to understand the effects of these variables on job performance individually,
and collectively, and findings will help academics and practitioners to develop strategies to
optimize employees’ performance.
