Abstract:
This study examined the relationship between spiritual leadership and the entrenchment of ethical values among 150 students at Future University – Iraq using a descriptive analytical approach. Results revealed high levels of both spiritual leadership (77.5%) and ethical values (76.8%), with altruism being the weakest leadership dimension and societal stability the weakest ethical dimension. A strong positive correlation (r = 0.724) was found, and spiritual leadership explained 52.4% of the variance in ethical values. Significant differences favored students with higher qualifications and greater experience, while gender showed no effect. The study recommends enhancing altruism and societal stability, using experienced students as mentors, expanding research to other sectors, establishing a spiritual leadership unit, and for the university to revise curricula, train faculty, promote student activities, and create an annual award.
