Abstract:
This study aims to examine the transformational leadership and organizational culture influence on green performance through employee behavior with innovation incentives as a moderating variable at Solusi Bangun Andalas (SBA) company. To clarify this study model, all variables are measured within the context of greening. The sample size is 106 employees (census), and the data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that in the direct effect test, leadership does not significantly affect green performance, but culture and behavior significantly do. Furthermore, leadership and culture positively significantly affect behavior. In the mediation effect test, behavior significantly mediates the leadership and culture influence on green performance. In the moderation effect test, innovation incentives were found not to moderate the influence of behavior on green performance.
